A house with history

CASA TAPIOLAS is a typical Catalan farmhouse-style village house built in the 19th century, rich in history and located in the heart of Molló. Offering nearly 1,000 m² of living space spread across three floors, the house has been completely renovated while respecting the original structure, preserving its essence and enhancing original features such as the old open wood-fired kitchen, while adding the comforts needed for modern living.

More than a century of hospitality

It was the Rectory of Molló for more than 100 years, hosting canons of different nationalities and maintaining a strong connection with the canons of Solius in the Baix Empordà region, in the municipality of Santa Cristina d’Aro. The Rectory welcomed travellers passing through and provided them with food and accommodation. CASA TAPIOLAS restores this connection with its past.

Designed for Gathering and Exploring

The house features a large lounge with a fireplace and a dining room overlooking the village. It is an ideal house for company meetings, team-building activities, family celebrations, and gatherings with friends.

Located very close to the Vallter ski station, it is an ideal area for cycling, hiking, and other outdoor activities. The property has been restored with respect for the environment and the original structure. Even the furniture has been carefully restored in order to reuse it.
